Earlier this week, Apple announced the App Store Small Business Program, which reduces App Store commission from 30 to 15 percent for small businesses earning up to $1 million per year. This is a big news for indie developers, meaning you can earn more money and invest it back to your own business.
The program will launch on January 1, 2021. According to Apple, existing developers who made up to $1 million in 2020 for all of their apps, as well as developers new to the App Store, can qualify for the program and the reduced commission.
After months of hard work, rewriting the content and recapturing all screenshots, the iOS 14 update of our beginner book is now under the final editing process and we plan to release it on Nov 24 (8AM PST). Stay tuned for the launch!
